“Part missing from Prusa MK4S kit. Frustrating, but I guess it can happen. What shouldn't happen is being told a replacement part is being sent but it isn't, and nobody seems able or willing to do anything about it, or even know if or when the missing part might be sent!”

“The 3d pen broke after one use. The filament blocked up mid use and it won't eject or heat up enough to push through no matter what i try. Really disappointed as it was a Christmas gift. Short of taking it all apart its no use and a waste of money.”

Hi Emma. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have sold hundreds of these pens with very few problems. My colleague has responded to your ticket now we have reopened after the Christmas break and a replacement has been arranged. I'm sorry for the disappointment and hope you are happy with the replacement and customer service you have received.
