“I am awaiting response about a refund. I was not given access to the works despite being told I had access. I was then sent email that there was an error on the system and the works was available a day later. The work produced had several grammatical errors and terrible English. It was below par. I am awaiting refund on this. I have 8 new projects but I am not going to be using UKessay any more”

“I requested for an amendment and still haven’t been done. My deadline is on the 10th and yet the so-called after care team manager had been frustrating me, causing me anxiety and anger. “I requested an upper first class, which is 75+ and I ended up with a 68. The difference in price for getting an upper first, first or upper second was quite a lot. I'm slightly disappointed that I did not only not achieve an upper first but I did not even achieve a first.”

“Hello Thank you for your email. I can tell you that I am not very satisfied with the work. When I placed the order I mentioned that it is level 6 writing and that I aim to achieve 2:2 but after receiving the work it is too descriptive and not supports with evidence based. I send too many email explaining the issue with the account log in and was told nothing can't be done. I am still having trouble using my log in details to access my account. My work was sent via my email after reading it, I have to start from scrach I can't submit the work. there no evidence of reasonned discussion and analysis through critical appraisal of appropriate evidence. “Failure despite I paid for a merit grade. I submitted all the requirements of the essay. I allowed the writer to fabricate challenges and then apply the required theories. The writer gave a general lecture which was against the described requirements. I informed the UK essay team several times that this was not the assignment. They keep repeating the same reply of the writer. There was no time to use another service provider. I submitted. The result was clear failure despite I paid for a merit grade. I informed UK essay team and sent them the result but no response! That writer should be suspended. I have another good experience. I got what I paid for.”

“Extremely poor. Needed a lit review with a specific focus for a work project, not cheating on coursework, and despite being extremely clear and specific, citing core literature essential for inclusion, all feminist essential literature was just ignored & deeply offensive stigma-based literature from 30 yrs ago was used. Writer's response to need for amendments was pompous nonsense that demonstrated a profound lack of knowledge of the relevant field. Utterly, utterly dreadful.”
