“I received the frother as a Christmas gift. It worked great the first couple of days, but over time, it did not hold steady power. We changed the batteries, but it still did not maintain a constant level of power. The gift was ordered through Amazon, early in time for Christmas, so it was beyond the 30 day exchange/return policy. I emailed the company directly and explained the situation. They sent a replacement frother, and also sent a free mini frother for the inconvenience. There was no hassle, and they were very gracious and kind in their email. I've had the new frother for several weeks now, and it works as it should. It's great for mixing my protein powder and creamer in with my coffee every morning.”
