I emailed them about my frother not working properly. They responded to me immediately. They sent me a new replacement at no charge. This was sent out almost immediately. I can say by far this is the best company that I have ever communicated with The absolute best customer service. Not only that, their product that I received works beautifully. They are going to be my go-to for my appliances. You won't be disappointed.”

“I received this as a gift. Called customer service immediately, concerning it failing to work. Trouble shooting with customer service with no success and told I needed the order number to resolve the problem. Since I received it as a house warming gift I did not have this information. I was told to contact the person giving the gift and retrieve the information. The call ended with no alternative at resolving the problem. Beware if this company that lacks the flexibility to help their customers.
