“Your frother is the best I've tried and you should be proud of that. However, I've also found it a bit unreliable. The problem seems to be in the battery case. Several times it's stopped working right after I replace the batteries. I know by now that I can sometimes get it working again by reinserting the batteries or by pulling out the battery contacts but occasionally, I find I have to gently twist the entire handle to one side or the other and it will suddenly start working again. All of these problems seem to stem from a light flimsy handle that can't hold the batteries rigidly together. If you could find a way to beef up the battery compartment and eliminate these problems, you'd have a great product on your hands!
