Had a broken grating blade and I contacted customer support to see about getting a replacement blade. Instead of letting me buy a new blade, they offered me the whole grater and attachments for shipping costs only!!! One happy customer here!! We love our grater and use it lots!

I had my frother for only two years and it went completely dead. I had no idea of the awesome warranty Zulay has until I called them to ask why my frother died so quickly! I was greeted with kindness and my problem solved within minutes! I was sent a new one and just had to pay shipping. EASY!
