“I was Happ to understand that my replacement part would be sent out right away, however, as the item was less than 3 months old that broke, I felt it should have been replaced at no cost to myself. And, I have yet to receive the replacement part and it is now weeks after I Egan the process.”
“My original machine was delivered with a broken water tank. I went to suppprt for help. They said I had to pay for shipping for a replacement tank. I did. They sent the wrong tank. Very frustrating. Still no resolution.”
