“Good luck.I can’t even get response from zulay now. I purchased replacement on April 4 with an estimated delivery date of April 15-25. It is now April 29 and I haven’t received item. I haven’t even gotten shipping or tracking info still. I assume it still hasn’t shipped. I asked for a status of my order on 4/17 and they responded 4/19 saying “I’ve already gone ahead and notified our shipping team to have this fulfilled as a top priority (it’ll arrive in in 2-4 business days)!” I messaged them on 4/25 asking for status again and it’s now the 29th and I have no product, no response, no email saying it shipped, no tracking #. It’s like it’s a joke to them to take my money for shipping and then not send me a replacement. Very irritated at this point.”
