Ticket to Ride: Europe takes players on a journey along the famous railroads of the continent in this sequel to the ever popular Ticket to Ride! Ticket to Ride: Europe, a game suitable for 2-5 players, shares much of the same great features from the original. Not only does it keep the fun, fast-paced gameplay rooted in its core, it also brings three brand new elements to the table. If you find yourself having to build a Tunnel, be prepared to pay out extra cards to finish it off! Ferries make it easy for your trains to get across the water but make sure you have a wild card to hand. And if you ever find yourself at a loss when your opponent secures a route that you desperately need, Stations will let you claim that route as well! Be warned though, once used, you can’t score them at the end! Ticket to Ride: Europe will see players become even more strategic and even more cunning with their moves, as they journey across Europe in the quest to build the longest railroads! This game is sure to be a hit with all the family, with its colourful and vibrant artwork and easy to learn gameplay. Absolutely anyone can be up and playing Ticket to Ride: Europe in no time at all. The fast and fun gameplay will have you coming back for more time and time again! So, what are you waiting for? Hop aboard and make sure you have your Ticket to Ride!! Player Count: 2-5 Time: 30-60 Minutes Age: 8+

One of my favourite games in the series. It was the first Ticket to Ride I played and still holds its charm 10 years later. If you're searching for the best place to start your Ticket to Ride collection, look no further.

Ticket to Ride is a perfect entry level game which features set collection and route building mechanisms. You are collecting coloured train cards to place out your train pieces onto the board. You gain points for placing your trains out, but also from completing ticket routes from different cities across Europe. This game is suitable for gamers and non gamers alike, and it can be taught in 10 minutes. You will be competing for the same routes so there is a bit of space for nasty play to mess your opponents up, but it is also possible to play in a more friendly fashion. So even for the sore losers or younger players, this game is suitable.

Classic gateway / family game which is simple to play and a thoroughly enjoyable experience with just the right amount of player interaction. The Europe version has just enough rules additions to ensure better replayability.

Possibly the best introductory game out there. Everyone I know has been charmed by this game. Europe is by far better than the original by offering the option for stations making for a more forgiving game but also incorporates tunnels and ferries which add a little more complexity. If you are going to own only one Ticket to Ride then this should be the one.

Ticket To Ride is a staple and a must have in your collection. Ticket To Ride Europe is a great one to choose. With the additon of train stations it is easier to keep your routes going across this illustrated map. The added tunnel tracks also make it more interesting as you have to gamble your cards. Players must collect coloured trains and lay down track to reach locations. Reaching places will reward you with points. The player with the most points wins the game. Its really simple to learn and setup isn't too long. If you want a family board game or even one to play with newcomers Ticket To Ride is a safe bet. The Europe version is better than the original as it implements more mechanics and the train cards are normal sized!

Such a fun game. I’d recommend to anyone who enjoys trains and likes a game that isn’t so competitive as to cause arguments.
