“I am self-taught with gaps in understanding and technique. On a whim, I decided to try introductory courses through guitar club. Most lessons have a "nugget" for me, and the order of presentation is logical and effective.
My day job involves curriculum design. We use Universal Design for Learning (UDL) for course development. One major UDL concept is "chunking" - putting learning material in "digestible" pieces so as not to lose the student. Ordering of concepts should reinforce and enhance previous materials. With UDL as a measuring stick, Dan's lessons are as well designed as anything on the market. My highest recommendations.”
