“I first completed both the acoustic beginners Levels 1 and 2. At the same time I took it upon myself to learn the 5 minor pentatonic shapes, with little direction on my own. But by brining those skills to this Essential Blues Level 1 course it has become a great fit and the penny has dropped towards my understanding and enjoying my guitar journey!”

“The Guys at YGA are excellent - the lessons are clear and I have been trying to learn Guitar for a while now, and I realise that I missed a lot in my early journey, but now I am able to and more importantly understand much of the theory and am able to improve my playing. I can move shapes around the keyboard and play scales in numerous keys both in major and minor keys - who would have thought!”

“All the course material has been carefully and professionally prepared and the quality of instruction is very high. However, after completing most of the first two units I found it a bit beyond my current skill/knowledge levels. Consequently, I'm going to do some of the earlier courses which hopefully enable me to complete this course at a later date.”
