It's great fun to learn with you and your videos (2 years for free via youtube & since January 2023 as a member).
I'm age 42 and a routined guitarist for 20 years and was playing in a band for 15 years (rock, pop, funk, reggae).
Your deep understanding of theory and how to teach it is awesome, I learned a lot from you, that I haven't learned back in the years as a teenager with a professional teacher at music school.
I love the player studies (John Mayer, SRV, May and Clapton...) and the CAGED System (really never heard of it before). As I said, also theory can be fun.
All in all I learned incredibly much from your vidz and the club on discord is great fun.
Although I hate the internet abos & merch, I must admit: "YGA is each euro worth ;-)". That is why i registered and wanted to support your great work.

“I can't speak highly enough about this guitar course I absolutely love it and since stumbling upon it on YouTube just before Xmas I've been practicing everyday for an hour or even more sometimes. I’ve tried all the usual guitar tuition sites over the years, but for me, YGA is the best.
Dan and the team are fantastic teachers and present everything clearly and with a sense of humor.
When you sign up, you're asked some questions about what style you'd like to learn and your skill level. Then you're provided with your own customized pathway. This consists of regular guitar lessons, guitar gym (to improve dexterity) and music theory which is split into easily digested bite-size chunks that even idiots like me can understand. All this for less than a tenner a month.
You're also free to roam the site and do any other lessons that take your fancy.
On top of that, there's an active and supportive discord community where you can send in videos of yourself playing and the team will give you feedback to help you improve.
You really can't go wrong with these guys!”

The difference here is the lessons are structured around what you need to do to improve and provide clear ways to practice. Subscription is month by month and includes a video review which takes online learning to the next level. If you're on the fence I'd defo recommend giving it a go!”
