“Not a fan of this sauerkraut. It’s very crunchy, and thick, doesn’t seem like it’s been fermented for very long. The taste was quite bitter also. No a nice flavour, and I’m a massive fan of sauerkraut & kimchi. I would recommend biona over this brand. Wouldn’t purchase again”
