“Very impressed with this. Leather is supple and the thickness is spot-on, wrapping over the spring bars without making an unsightly gap. Colour (Chocolate) is a lovely earthy brown, not too dark, and the pull-up leather adds to the character. Pleased to see brushed steel hardware rather than polished (which would not have worked at all) with a nicely designed, substantial, milled buckle. Length also about right. I have 7 1/4 inch wrists and the end of the strap wraps around to the opposite side as far as the twelve o'clock spring bar leaving plenty of tuck-in which easily slides under the keeper. Edges are nicely finished, too. Loses half a star as the hot-creased line at the strap edges is not as deep as I’d expected based on the photos and is barely noticeable in places. Otherwise, though not cheap, I'd say this is the best leather NATO on the market (probably) and certainly worth the outlay. I'm looking forward to it ageing nicely. Can recommend. Note to self: must get a spare. 4.5 stars from me, rounded up.”
