“I had high hopes for this NATO nylon strap, but the quality is seriously disappointing. The strap hole frayed immediately after I put it on my wrist (see photo), making it look like a cheap knockoff from AliExpress. I originally bought it for daily hiking, but after seeing the poor quality and bad QC, I sent it back right away. On the plus side, customer support was outstanding—they processed my refund immediately. However, be aware that returning the item cost me an extra 10€, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Overall, not worth the hassle.”

“Really like website, purchase and after-sales comms etc. The delivery was fast, the product nicely packaged, I enjoyed the complimentary travel pouch etc. However, the strap showed damage after just one use, which is rather poor. Sorry WatchGecko - really wanted to give you a good review:(”
