“This watch strap is very nice looking. However, the specified length is 190 mm (115 mm and 75 mm). As delivered the length was 183 mm (110 mm and 73 mm). This 7 mm is the difference between mounting the watch on the 2nd or 3rd hole in the strap and having to mount it in the 1st hole. This combined with an undersized buckle and associated buckle prong makes mounting the watch to your wrist nearly impossible. The short buckle prong must be normal to the buckle (straight up) before it will pass completely through the hole. Even then, the prong is subject to slipping out of the hole and going behind the buckle frame. It took nearly 2 hours of trying, to finally mount the watch to my wrist, at which time I completely voided any possibility of returning this strap, not to mention the wear and tear put on my beautiful new strap. Watch Gecko's return policy only allows for returns if the strap has not been installed............DISAPPOINTING! Most likely I will not be buying from Watch Gecko in the future.”
