“I had been holding out for a purely hand-winding model since I much prefer that to an automatic but the Pioneer Aurora Aqua Sunburst is such a beauty and the nearly new price was so attractive that I had to bend my own rules. It looks and feels like a well-made, quality piece and certainly keeps good time. It's undeniably substantial but sits well on even my super-slim wrist (I had to punch an extra hole in the rather magnificent thick leather strap).”

“Really like the colour and 70,s vibe of this watch , so far it's keeping good time , and cant see any marks or scratches on , so Really good at this point, and nicely packed . Lume is a little disappointing, but this isn't a tool watch , so no biggie.”

“I am very happy I bought this watch at a "nearly new" price. Even at the full price it is a seriously beautiful watch, I can understand the reluctance to try this bright colour of dial for some, but it is just a stunning, extremely well finished watch. Fabulous size due to the shorter lug width. And maybe important to some: but a real "strap-monster". It literally seems to match any colour leather strap, and many styles. being 22mm lug there are many, many options. I have had a Pioneer series before and had watched this colour dial for a while. It didn't take long to jump at the chance of a reduced price ,even with the extra unusual costs associated with sending to Australia. The wrist presence is incredible. Don't wait just buy it, as a lot ,or most of Geckota watches are made on limited numbers.”

“This was my first foray into buying a watch from WatchGecko and the price of this model as Nearly New fit my bill. I am pleased to say that WatchGecko fully exceeded my expectations in many ways. First, the order (straps were ordered, as well) was delivered far more quickly than many of my domestic orders. I live on the Eastern Shore of the U.S.A, so an order coming from the UK in less than a business week is phenomenal. Second, I was elated to see the watch being delivered in a separate slim box, and within the box, the watch was enclosed in a beautiful blue suede watch travel case. The watch itself was wrapped as if it was new and it truly looks and feels like a new watch. Finally, the watch itself is a gem in my collection. The weight is solid but not at all heavy and the construction itself speaks of quality. The watch strap (light brown vegetable Italian leather) is soft on the skin and comfortable. The styling is simple yet of a bold elegance. While this is certainly a watch for more casual outings, I believe that you'd easily be able to use it for dress casual venues and no one would think twice of your choice in doing so. Overall, this is a solid watch and I'm pleased that it's delivered so well for my first Geckota watch. I'm certain it won't be my last.”
