“There seems to be an issue with my order - It arrived (after a small delay, but that was expected), and I opened the box. Inside, all of the fudge I ordered was carefully packed and all present. However, the issue came when I opened the fudge. I took one bite, and then, suddenly, it was all gone. Same with the other packages. Somehow, 8 bars of fudge, meant to last at least a week, were reduced to 2 and a couple of crumbs. I don't understand how this happened, but I guess I'll have to order more!”
