“I was intrigued by Lemon Meringue Fudge as fudge is generally sweet but Lemon Meringue usually has a sharpness due to Lemon. What a wonderful surprise, the team at Ochil got it exactly right with fresh lemon flavour without bitterness, sweetness of fudge but no overly and wee hints of meringue on the top. What an achievement. Absolutely gorgeous, but be aware it is very moreish.”
