“You could taste the lovely honey in this but the flavour was not remotely overpowering - the balance was just right. A lovely fudge!”

“I was not sure how to feel about heather being anywhere near my fudge, not going to lie. But it's very mild and works with the honey to produce something that I would not mind buying again.”
