“Again much too sweet, there isn't a good balance between butter and sugar. Again it's quite dry and cloying. The flavours of the fudge were very nice, but the sweetness and the texture are disappointing. Each one was tasted, but that was it. So sorry to be so critical of your product. Maybe Scottish fudge is made to a different recipe to English fudge.”
