“After 5 days for a 48 hr tracked delivery for mothers day and seeing that it had been stuck in a delivery office for 3 days with no movement. After 1 conversation where they blamed Royal Mail and said they weren't willing to get in touch with them until it's been missing for 14 days on the Friday morning I asked them if they would send another one to my mother with next day delivery so it woukd still arrive on the Saturday so in time for mothers day. I realised this would mean I would have paid twice for the parcel but was more than willing to bear the cost so my mum would actually have something from me on mothers day because I live 400 miles away so couldn't exactly pop round with another gift for her. Not only did they not answer my email, I received a generic email from them saying they had refunded me!! So they were quite happy to leave someone without a gift on mothers day and rather than maturely deal with a problem that had cropped up they refused to engage and find a way to solve the problem!! Really terrible customer service.”
