“Wow , so I have been taking two of these for a few weeks now , and from the very first night , I woke up feeling like I’d had a good quality sleep . I have been tracking my sleep scores for a few years , and being in peri menopause, I’ve noticed this last year and a half , I have really struggled to score a “ good” score on my health tracker , despite taking a good quality magnesium glyinate , for all that time . “I had been suffering with sleep problems like many perimenopausal and menopausal women do, I had become desperate and nothing I tried had helped me. By chance I saw an interview on the Liz Earle Well being page with your head Pharmacist talking about the Marine Magnesium and decided to give them a try. All I can say is, thank goodness I saw that interview because these capsules have literally changed my life! I am only on my second month of using the Marine Magnesium and I am now sleeping so well and also feel that the sleep I am having is much better quality, I feel like a different person so thank you, thank you, thank you.! I definitely feel like I can’t live without these now and am so grateful to have finally found something that works for me.”

“Been taking 1 tablet a day for nearly a month. I was getting cramp in my feet and calves almost daily and 3-4 times a week during the night getting cramp in the arches of my feet, which was waking me up. Since taking the first tablet I haven't had cramp once! I haven't chamged my diet or anything else in my routine so can only put this down to taking this supplement. I do take meds for acid reflux and interestingly read on this website that this medication can lead to a magnesium deficiency, which in turn can lead to cramping. Just wish I'd known this sooner!! I will be subscribing and like the fact the product is 100% natural.”
