“I use every evening, taking 2 x 30 minutes before bed. It works well and I'm sure it helps me sleep and l do feel more relaxed. It does what its supposed to do, I'm happy with this magnesium compared to others l have tried. Would highly recommend.”

“I started using marine magnesium as I felt I should be supplementing my diet, having done a little research it would seem that magnesium is the supplement that most of us should consider taking. I choose marine magnesium because it is pure, without other chemicals. The benefit which I am most aware of is my sleep had improved significantly. My husband was taking another type of magnesium to aid cramps and he too is pleased with the results, far fewer cramps and improved sleep”
