“Once, as directed, I began taking two tablets per day and they gave me the most horrendous constipation so I can’t really recommend them.”

Hi Leigh, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced constipation when increasing the dose of Gut Love to 2 capsules a day. Probiotics can commonly cause temporary symptoms such as constipation and this should settle down once your body gets use to taking them. Alternatively, you can continue on 1 capsule a day if you found this suited you better. “I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gut Love to anyone. I’d been struggling for months with horrible bloating, trapped gas, distension, constipation, cramps and generally feeling really awful to the point I couldn’t eat hardly anything without having one or all of the above symptoms daily. I kept losing weight and started to have a fear around food. I’m fascinated by the microbiome and consider myself a healthy person so couldn’t figure out what was going wrong in my body. Id tried soooo many different remedies, ways of eating and spending a fortune with no joy! I never in my wildest dreams would have thought I needed a probiotic as I aim to eat 50 different plant foods a wk ( when I could ) so I thought I had a super diverse gut. HOW WRONG WAS I!! Gut love popped up on my feed in Instagram as I’d started following them after seeing Liz Earle recommend them, and thought I’ll give it a go because at the end of the day it wasn’t going to hurt. After speaking with the truly lovely and extremely helpful knowledgeable team at the Naked Pharmacy I purchased Gut Love and digestodoron I know it sounds silly but I could feel them working straight away! I’ve only been taking gut love for around 3 wks and oh my what a difference! All of my symptoms have dramatically reduced already- I can eat food!! Hurrah! Clearly my gut needed some love and I can’t thank The Naked Pharmacy enough”

“I am post prolapse surgery and have hypothyroidism. I've tried medication, everything and gut love is the only thing that has helped me with reflux and constipation. I'm now off medication for constipation and reduced my reflux meds by 3/4. I'm hugely grateful”
