“I have suffered constipation all my life and after starting on prescription co codamol for chronic pain it was severe, I only went to toilet if I took laxatives,which I know upset our microbiome. “These were purchased for my sister, she has been in a lot of discomfort. But thank goodness, l did some research and came across this company. So far my sister is feeling a lot better, her lBS, symptoms have settled down. She is eating better, with no worries of discomfort afterwards. “Ive bought this twice now and as someone who has IBS and constipation this seems to have supported my gut. It does help to keep me regular (daily) and feel less bloated. This has also included being on holiday. Subscribing now !”
