“Brilliant! Was taking L-theanine which were great for reducing anxiety but was still struggling with sleep, thought I’d give saffrosun a go after extensive research & listening to Susannah! Not only does it reduce the racing heart but has helped my sleep , I just feel calmer overall. Thank you so much!”
