“Started my seven year old son who has adhd and ASD on these about two months ago and I’ve seen a massive difference in his focus and mood. After trialling ADHD medication first a year ago and not liking the side effects and how they made him feel and act, I decided to take Him off them and didn’t think I’d ever find anything natural to help him. These have been life changing for my son with no side effects I would highly recommend and keep telling everyone about them. “I can suffer from anxiety episodes, so will take 2 with breakfast as recommended. Does seem to help , when I need them, will take them for a few days at a time. Also take Magnesium every night time with a meal.”
