“This is the first magnesium that hasn’t upset my stomach. It is unbelievably effective, I take it in the evening and I feel a sense of well-being and I sleep really well. I suffer from restless legs syndrome and I have not had an episode since starting this magnesium. I will never be without and I appreciate the recyclable packaging too. I would like to add the company are amazing to deal with.”

“This product was recommended to me by NP as I have been suffering from anxiety and palpitations. One of the pharmacists took time to understand my symptoms and was extremely helpful. “I have been suffering with muscle and joint pain particularly in one hip. I have been hunting around and trying a few different things on the supplement side and nothing was really helping. Then I came across this great website where everything was beautifully clear and had all the information you needed on each product. Thought the most suitable one for me was the Magnesium and great to read it had a full daily dosage inane capsule. I could not believe the positive effect it had almost instantly and certainly by the following day. As an added bonus my sleeping has been so much better and deeper.
