“After suffering with evening menopausal thigh pain for a few months and reading that magnesium can help, I came across Marine Magnesium. I struggle to swallow tablets so being able to open these capsules and mix the powder with water was ideal. Within a week of taking this the leg pain had gone and now I only suffer with it on the odd rare occasion. I was also struggling to sleep and I feel this has helped too, although this took a little longer.”
