“Absolutely love it. Use it as a work diary and have another insert for anything I want to note down, be it personal or work. I bought the passport sized one to see if I would use it enough and found it to be a little small for my needs, but used it all the time, so have done what I should have done first and bought the full size one. The Midori paper is a nice thickness so I'm not limited to ball point pens like I seemed to be when I used a Moleskine daily journal.”

“I have been lusting over a Midori notebooks on instagram and was wondering if it was worth the money. Even though I usually avoid leather, I like the idea of reusing something for years to come. The quality is wonderful- the leather is smooth and the paper is great for fountain pens. I appreciate the large paper size but the narrower style keeps it light and portable.”

“I knew this would be nice, but I didn't expect it to be as good quality as it was! There is just something about this that is just indescribably beautiful. I am using it all the time as my planner and main creative notebook too. I bought the free vertical week, free daily and extra thin paper notebook to go with this and they are fantastic too. I have also decorated the front elastic with two Aqua colour glass beads and the boost with a tiny always glass bead and a tiny vibrant red bead. It's beautiful and is my lifetime companion now!”

“Having just recently discovered Midori I went straight to thejournalshop.com and ordered this. It is beautifully made. Simple and elegant design. I can't stop touching and smelling the leather lol. With all the different inserts you can buy it is totally customisable. Highly recommended.”
