“I started my weight loss journey with 2.5 then went to 5 and then I went to 7.5. I have lost 2 1/2 stone which I’m very pleased with. I would recommend if you can afford to do this. I’m struggling with your weight. it’s well worth taking it up, as it’s helped me so much, I can’t believe how I can tell you how good it’s been. I didn’t think the first week I’ve done anything and I lost a few pounds but you can never see what you’ve lost at the beginning but then it’s slowly coming off and now my clothes I am having to buy new ones I have gone from size 18 size 16 down to a size 12/14 I with my weight at the moment but if I was to struggle again I would order some more so I hope this helps everyone who is interested in trying it and I didn’t have any side-effects, just feeling full all the time, but not the first week it was the second week when I noticed I would recommend this especially if you have a lot to lose thank you”
