“Fantastic drug. Don't recommend going higher if you are in it for the long haul. I found 5mg just a little too much for the side effects. Try each dose for a good period before settling and avoid the temptation to dose creep.
I have lost 20kg (118 to 97.5 kg; height 183 cm) and feel great for it. I am using it alternate weeks at the moment.
Cost can be prohibitive long term.
