“Pen can be a little confusing for the first time users, especially figuring out how to use it for the second injection ( after reading up online it was clear second third and the fourth use is done by following same steps as a first use) appetite suppression is okay for the first 4 days after injection however next 3 days it’s pretty much back to normal.
