Gina 10 Microgram Vaginal Tablets is a (estradiol-containing) treatment used to treat vaginal symptoms that are experienced during the menopause, it is a local form of low-dose HRT where the oestrogen is gradually released to help ease the symptoms and therefore assist in better managing discomfort, irritation and pain.
Our clinical team have advised that it can take up to 4 weeks to see any immediate change, with significant improvements taking between 8 to 12 weeks.
After 12 weeks should you not notice any improvement in your symptoms it would be advisable to speak with your GP or specialist so that a review of your medication can be carried out.
