“Aciclovir tablets are great for larger coldsore outbreaks - this product reduced the length of the attack by a day or two, but also stopped the smaller coldsores reaching full bloom (so were a bit easier to deal with). Best results when taken earliest in attack - I received mine 3 or 4 days into attack. Great to use this medicine for those occasions when the affected area too large to comfortably use topical treatments.”
