Upon checking your order details I am pleased to see that after your order was received on the 18th of December outside of our operational hours it was promptly processed and collected by your chosen courier, DPD, on Tuesday 19th of December the next working day. The tracking history indicates that your order was delivered as expected and within the timescale on 20th December
