“Very good service, medication works really well, I suffer with uti's,with the gp surgeries and appointment the way they are, been having to go to urgent care at hospitals isn't what you need, waiting for hours, this is ideal
to be able to get them online, can have them ready if it happens again.”
“Capsules are the same product that the GPs issue without the delay of samples and pharmacy issues. Symptoms never change and, as an ex nurse, I recognise them quickly so this is by far my easiest and fastest option.”
Hi Lisa,
Thank you for your recent order and for choosing our pharmacy to dispense your medication.
We want to ensure that all treatment we provide is safe and effective and use a series of clinical guidelines to help ensure a consistent decision is made for all of our patients.
As a fully regulated online pharmacy, we can only provide treatments in line with national UK guidelines. The current National Institute for Health and Care Excellence recommends that a 3-day course of this medication is an evidence-based treatment that can help to cure the condition and reduce the risk of antimicrobial resistance.
Should symptoms not clear within this time, we would recommend a face-to-face consultation with your GP who can discuss a suitable treatment plan with you, which may include a slightly longer course of treatment or further investigation.
Unfortunately a longer course of this treatment is not something we are able to provide as an online service within our guidelines however we endeavour to ensure the product details are as clear as possible and if there is anything we can do to make this clearer please let me know.
I am however very pleased to hear that you are pleased with the service provided and I hope that you will consider us for future orders.
“These were not authentic and did nothing for me I went to my GP and he prescribed the same thing but it was a totally different experience ie they actually worked..
So basically I wasted my money”
Hi Gerry
I am sorry to hear that you have not found the treatment to be effective for you on this occasion.
To reassure you this is a National Institute for Health and Care Excellence recommended first-line treatment for simple urine infections in women.
It would be quite unusual for a GP to treat you with the same antibiotics if an initial course was ineffective.
Our support team have contacted you to find out a little more about your experience with this treatment, to enable our clinical team to directly provide you with some personalised advice.
