“I previously took Tadalafil 5mg daily but found its effects waning over time so switched to 20g.
I take it once a week. The effectiveness varies and it takes (for me) several hours before it is fully effective but this lasts two or three days. My GP calls it a “weekender” which is an apt description.
The only side effects I have are a muzzy head the morning after first taking it, paracetamol sorts this out.”
