“After trying various ED medications over the years, I find Tadalafil to be the most effective overall. It takes effect within 30-60 mins.; it's best to take it on an empty stomach & avoid alcohol, to promote absorption. It can last for up to 36 hours - way longer than the other commonly used ED meds. The only side effect I've experienced is nasal congestion, which I treat sparingly with a nasal decongestant spray. I recommend you don't use decongestant pills e.g. Sudafed, as they can reduce the efficacy of the Tadalafil. If you've not tried Tadalafil before, I suggest starting off with the 10mg tablets. You can always progress to the 20mg dose if 10mg isn't effective. I hope this is of some help to anyone considering trying it. Good luck!”
