It is important to note that as a first step, that making simple changes to your lifestyle can help improve the symptoms of ED. Reducing anxiety, getting more sleep and drinking less alcohol can all help to get your sex life back on track.
However, as ED can also be a sign of an underlying issue, it’s important to speak to a doctor if the issue persists.
