The pharmacy itself, great. Order came quickly, no problems at all. Fucidin however was recommended for pitted keratolysis. I bought 2 so it was used for even longer then recommended. There is some improvement, but very far from what I expected.

Fucibet is normally a very effective treatment that we provide, being rated 4.5 / 5 by our patients. Fucibet cream is an infected eczema treatment that can be used to help health the skin when both inflammation and infection are present. It contains two active ingredients: fusidic acid and betamethasone. Fucibet works by using a dual-mode of action; fusidic acid fights the infection whilst betamethasone relieves the inflammation and is applied topically. With its dual mechanism of action, Fucibet cream can also be used for other inflammatory skin conditions where an infection is also present. Our clinical team have reviewed your comments and have contacted you directly to provide some further advice on how to ensure you see a satisfactory improvement in your symptoms.

I got this for my dry xma patches on my legs this chemist gives very good service and supply highly recommend

No review on the cream however I would not recommend ordering from you again as I never received the cream neither was I given a refund as promised bk in November

Hi Tina Thank you for leaving your review, we like to hear from all of our patients' experience with us. I am very sorry to hear that you did not received your parcel and want to help ensure the situation is resolved today for you. From the tracking information provided I was pleased to see that your parcel was dispatched from our premises the next day following your order being processed. This then entered the delivery network and delivery was attempted on three separate occasions on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of November. As the courier was unable to reach you the parcel was returned to a local depot to await collection. When you contacted our support team on the 1st December we provided a number of options to help rectify the situation, and you let us know that you would like the parcel to be returned to us and to be refunded upon receipt. Regrettably the item has not yet made its way to us however given the circumstances your order has now been refunded in full and credited to your payment card. Your account delivery preferences have also been updated so that we do not use Yodel as a courier any further for you to prevent this situation from reoccurring. Our support team have contacted you to help resolve this with you directly.

The product is good but the expiry date is 2023 March. I got the same product from other pharmacies before that would last until 2024.

Hi Dai I am very sorry to hear that your experience with us at the independent pharmacy has not lived up to your expectations as we want to ensure all customers remain satisfied with our service. Due to a number of recent events including poor weather and the coronavirus pandemic the manufacturers of some medications are finding it difficult to keep up with demand, and when coupled to the supply chain disruption being caused by the change of importing goods to the UK following Brexit; there are significant challenges we are facing across the industry in obtaining stock of items. This unfortunately has created a situation where, despite wanting to ensure a continued and valued service to our customers to prevent any disruption to their treatment, some of our products do not have as long an expiry date that we would normally expect. However, as an online pharmacy regulated by the CQC we do have a very strict stock rotation policy to ensure all of our products reach you with a suitable shelf life based on the recommended or prescribed dosage. To ensure this happens all of our stock is thoroughly checked on a 3 month basis by our dispensary team and any with a shelf life of less than 3 months are removed and safely disposed of. Where we have identified any items with a short expiry date, these are advertised separately through our website so that our patients can choose between the short or long dated stock where applicable at a price which reflects this. Once the shorter dated stock is no longer available these will be removed from our website and stock will start to return to normal. After checking your account I can see that you have ordered two tubes of Fucidin H (30g) Cream which, given the dates on the pack will last for the next 9 months, however I would very much like to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you have received and our support team have contacted you to resolve this situation directly.
