Canestan is a popular product that we provide, being rated as 4.3 out of 5 by our patients and is available in different strengths. The pessaries that come in 100mg and 200mg need to be inserted into the vagina for at least 3 consecutive days whereas the 500mg dose that you have purchased normally only requires a single dose. Some people will notice relief from the symptoms of vaginal thrush after a single application as the pessary can work directly at the site of infection. After 3-7 days you should notice that your symptoms have cleared. As this is not the case, our support team have contacted you directly to help resolve this with you and ensure you have the most suitable treatment for your symptoms.

Your parcel was collected by Royal Mail and we would have anticipated its successful delivery 2-3 working days later. Whilst this is not a guaranteed service, on behalf of Royal Mail I wanted to apologise that this did not happen and do hope that this did not cause any inconvenience. We only work with established and reliable postal services, however, I can understand that on this occasion this has fallen short of our high standards.
