I can see that you are around a month into your treatment with this medicine which you are correct to say is a bit too early to see results.
Treatment with amorolfine should continue in accordance with the instructions until the infected nail has completely grown out and recovered. Depending on the speed of nail growth, this is usually around 6 months for a fingernail and 9 - 12 months for a toenail. You should however start to see an improvement in your nails before this time as the healthy nail starts to grow out.
