“I'm unsure whether these are genuine Orlistat, when I've ordered these in the past from other pharmacies they have worked in helping me lose weight, plus I've experienced the side effects of the Orange oil that expells from going to the toilet, so I knew they were genuine. I haven't experienced that with these, there is nothing printed on the capsule to confirm what they are. They feel like a placebo, as they are having no effect whatsoever on my weightloss”
