“Can’t really say if the weight loss is diet or the pills. Seeing some results but it’s only been a few weeks. Despite what people say they don’t have you on the toilet all day. If anything you should be aware of what you’re eating so you don’t run your stomach that way. I’ve had some constipation and sometimes if I’ve had a high fat meal I don’t see any oily residue till the next day. But I’d definitely try another month and see what happens. Using an app like my fitness pal can help monitor how much fat content your meals have. Keep hydrated and be mindful of what you eat, like any other diet. They are not a wonder drug so don’t try to consume a whole pizza and think the pills will make the meal “Healthy”.”
