Hi Sumaira Thanks for sharing your feedback, we always value hearing from our customers as it allows us to continue to improve the service and product range we provide, Firstly, I would like to reassure you that as a fully regulated online pharmacy, we will only source medication from responsible and reputable suppliers, often the same as the traditional high street pharmacies, many of which will also stock a variety of generic medications from a range of brands. The product that you have purchased is a generic medication that is manufactured by a variety of different companies but it is important to note that the active ingredient within the medication remains identical. Orlistat 120mg tablets are one of our very popular weight loss treatments and it works by decreasing the amount of fat from your diet that your body absorbs. This in turn helps with reducing overall calories and helps with weight loss. The expected weight loss is about 10% of your overall weight over 6 months, when combined with a weight-reducing diet and exercise. This equated to about 1kg in a month if you are 75kg, so it is still a slow process and you may not notice significant changes within the first month. One reason why Orlistat may not work is that you may think that you can relax your weight-reducing diet, and the Orlistat will 'do it all'. This is not true. In order to lose weight you still have to eat less and exercise regularly. Orlistat prevents only some of the fat that you eat from being absorbed (just under a third) - if you do not keep to a healthy weight-reducing diet, and you eat more fat (chocolates, cakes, etc), the extra fat that you eat will easily cancel out the effect of the Orlistat. Orlistat also has no effect on other sources of calories, such as carbohydrates, sugars, and alcohol, so make sure you are aware of how many calories you are eating from other sources as well. Our clinical team remains on hand for you should you find that this treatment is not providing the required results and a member of our support team has contacted you directly to provide further support.

As long as taken properly, as per instructions, and alongside a sensible diet and light exercise, this product works very well.
