You do have to make changes in what you eat and for me it's slowing down just how much I'm losing but I'm very happy and still persevering. Where I got before they wanted you to jump through hoop,pics all the time,much too early at the moment with independent clinic but very happy so far. They have made it clear they are there if needed and also tips to help.”
