“They certainly help alongside a calorie controlled diet.. especially as a deterrent because if you eat fpod you know you shouldn’t be eating there will be consequences which I found out to my detriment in the early days.. lol.. I would highly recommend orlistat if you’re serious about getting control of good eating habits either great results”
