Skinoren 20% cream is one of our popular topical acne treatments that contains the active ingredient azelaic acid. This product is effective in reducing the growth of the keratin cells that block pores and sebaceous glands causing spots, as well as killing the bacteria that live on your skin that can be responsible for acne. We would normally anticipate an improvement in your condition 4-6 weeks after starting the medication, however this can be dependent on the starting stage of your acne.
